How do I redeem my eGift card?
This is done at Checkout. You can use your unique code at Step 3: Payment by checking the first box "Redeem a gift card". This will then allow you to enter your unique code and will automatically apply to your cart.
How do I know that my order is secure?
My website has SSL checkout and secure server processing orders. Orders from my website I receive directly and process immediately. WIX's checkout is via SSL and secure servers for processing payments, and uses 3D Secure. They use 256-bit encryption over TLS to ensure that your credit card, banking, and all personal information is safe.
What payment method do you accept?
1)My website offers manual EFT option. You will receive an invoice at check out with all the details as well as banking details. With this option you can manually EFT from your chosen bank. Please remember to email us your Proof of Payment and we will begin processing your order! You will also receive a confirmation email.
2)My website's credit card checkout (Visa and Mastercard) and instant EFT is power by Peach Payments.
How long does it take before my order has shipped?
Please be aware that 7-10 working days are required for me to create hand-manufacture pieces before being couriered. I create all my own pieces. Local shipping with The Courier Guy can take normally 1-3 working days. International shipping with Freight Innovation can take 3-7 working days. Please contact us to discuss international shipping.
What shipping method do you use?
We offer door to door courier option. Select the option you want on checkout when you're placing your order.
1) You can select The Courier Guy for nationwide shipping and receive your order couriered straight to your door or work place.
2) For international shipping, outside of South Africa, Freight Innovation service will be provided where we can easily track your parcel along with you. Please contact us to discuss international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer door to door courier with The Courier Guy from R130 (this can go up to R200 depending on area and The Courier Guy’s fees and changing rates). International shipping starts from R650 but please note that a tax levy may be charged by the authorities in various jurisdictions upon collection.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, if your product is handcrafted to the size given but does not fit you (e.g. wrong ring size/wrist size was given), please feel free to contact us directly that we can discuss how we can resize your jewellery piece as I wish each of my pieces I create to fit my clients perfectly. All courier costs will be for account of the client but will be discussed before hand.
What are your returns policies?
Contact immediately if any product returns are requested. Please send us a photo within 2 days of delivery. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
How is your jewellery packaged?
Each item will be beautifully packaged in a handmade box. If couriered, all orders are carefully packaged in a sealed parcel within a sealed flyer to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damage when the item leaves my studio. Before you accept you parcel please ensure that no tampering was done.
