GENERAL​

How do I redeem my eGift card?
At Checkout, select "Redeem a gift card" under Step 3: Payment. Enter your unique code, and the discount will be applied automatically to your cart.

How do I know my order is secure?
Our website uses SSL encryption and secure servers to process orders. Payments are handled via WIX’s SSL-protected checkout system, featuring 3D Secure and 256-bit TLS encryption. Your personal and payment information is fully protected.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

  1. Manual EFT: At checkout, you'll receive an invoice with banking details. Please email your proof of payment, and we'll begin processing your order. A confirmation email will follow.

  2. Credit Card and Instant EFT: Powered by Peach Payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and secure instant EFT options.

 

 

SHIPPING​

How long before my order ships?
Handcrafted items require 10-12 working days to create. Local delivery via The Courier Guy typically takes 1-3 working days. International shipping through Freight Innovation takes 3-7 working days. For international orders, please contact us directly.

What shipping methods do you use?

  • Local: The Courier Guy delivers directly to your door or workplace.

  • International: Freight Innovation provides tracked shipping outside South Africa. Contact us to arrange international delivery.

 

How much does shipping cost?

  • Local: Starting from R200 (depending on location and current rates).

  • International: Starts at R850. Note that taxes or levies may apply depending on your region.

 

STORE POLICIES​

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! If your handcrafted item doesn't fit due to incorrect sizing, please contact us to discuss resizing options. Courier costs are the client's responsibility and will be discussed beforehand.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide a photo of the item. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

How is your jewellery packaged?
Each piece is elegantly packaged in a handmade box. For shipping, items are securely sealed to ensure safe delivery. Please check for tampering before accepting your parcel, as we are not responsible for damage or loss after dispatch.

 

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY​

  • Use the provided cleaning cloth for your jewellery (gold or silver).

  • Gold or Silver: Moisten one corner of the cloth and gently polish the item. Then, buff with the dry part for a fresh shine.

  • For heavily soiled pieces, soak them in lukewarm, soapy water and gently clean with a soft brush.

 

Please do not wash the cleaning cloths as they are infused with polish.
