REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy, please contact us so we can discuss a refund or exchange.

  • Contact Timeframe: Notify us within 2 days of receiving your item, including a photo of the issue.

  • Refund Window: Items cannot be refunded after 2 weeks

  • Exclusions:

    • Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot refund custom-made items.

    • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

  • Sizing Issues: If your handcrafted piece doesn't fit (e.g., incorrect ring or wrist size provided), please reach out. We can discuss resizing options to ensure a perfect fit. Note: Courier costs for resizing are the client’s responsibility, and we'll discuss these upfront.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Check Before Signing: Inspect your package before accepting it from the courier. If it appears opened or resealed, notify the courier immediately and do not accept the parcel.

  • Customs Inspections: Packages opened by customs will be resealed with an official stamp.

  • Damaged Orders: Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.

  • Missing Packages: If you cannot track your package or it seems lost, please get in touch. (Note: Tracking numbers might take a few hours to update, especially during busy seasons.) We’ll work with you to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Repairs & Care

Our pieces are crafted for everyday wear, but please handle them with care.

  • Repairs: We’re happy to repair broken items. Contact us to discuss your piece.

Chains

Chains are delicate and require careful handling. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for broken chains.

 

Gold Plating

Gold plating can fade over time, depending on usage and care.

  • We currently do no plating on any of our jewellery pieces

 

Stones

While we take great care securing stones, small pave or flash-set stones can occasionally fall out.

  • Within 3 Weeks: Free replacement for stones that fall out within 3 weeks of purchase.

  • After 3 Weeks: Replacement costs depend on the type and size of the stone.

 

Repairs and Collection

If you need a repair, please contact us to discuss collection and delivery fees.
