REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I would love for you to feel satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not happy, please contact me so we can work out a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a photo to discuss the issues. Items can't be refunded after 2 weeks. Unfortunately custom orders can't be refunded or earrings for hygienic reason. If your product is handcrafted to the size given but does not fit you (e.g. wrong ring size/wrist size was given), please feel free to contact us directly that we can discuss how we can resize your jewellery piece as I wish each of my pieces I create to fit my clients perfectly. All courier costs will be for account of the client but will be discussed before hand.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please double check your package before signing to receive the order from your courier. If you suspect that the package has been opened or resealed please notify the courier and don't accept the parcel. Keep in mind that only the authority is allowed to open the package during the transit in local customs and will then be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If your package is missing or if you can't seem to track your order, please contact us (please note sometimes a tracking number takes a couple of hours to register and show online especially during a busy season). I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.
REPAIRS & CARE
Most of my pieces are created for everyday functional wear, great care must still be taken when wearing them. I'll happily repair broken items so please feel free to contact me to discuss your jewellery piece.
Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for broken chains. Chains are known to be extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.
Gold plating may slightly fade over time depending on wear and the amount of care taken. We offer a re-plating service, you are welcome to get in touch for a quick quote. Starting rates are from R100.
Stones can be tricky at times! Pave or flash set stones are known to occasionally fall out for their small size, I take great care testing each stone's setting. If a stone does fall out within 3 weeks of purchase, I will replace these stones at no charge. After 3 weeks, the cost will depend on the type of stone and size.
Please note that should you need something repaired you can contact me for collection and delivery fees.
