LOCAL SHIPPING (RSA)

We courier orders throughout South Africa. We use The Courier Guy from R130 (this can go up to R250 depending on area and The Courier Guy’s fees and changing rates). An additional rate will be charged for outlying areas. Please allow for 1-2 day shipping time, outlying areas can take 2-3 days. Once your parcel has been collected you will receive a tracking number. We need a physical address for all shipping within South Africa. All custom orders must be paid in full before courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Freight Innovation for international orders, this will ensure that we will have a tracking number for you and that it will arrive in 3-7 working days. You are welcome to contact us before hand for a quote. Starting rates are from R650. The buyer is responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be incurred by the country of destination.

PACKAGING

All my pieces are beautifully packaged in handcrafted boxes (from a small local business) or soft material pouches. If couriered, all parcels are sealed and placed in a sealed flyer.I cannot be held responsible for lost or damage when the item leaves my studio. Before you accept you parcel please ensure that no tampering was done.

SHIPPING TIME

My normal lead time is 7-10 working days. Custom creations can take up to 3 weeks. I try my best to get your orders handmade and shipped in the allocated time-frame, but there might be occasional exceptions. During holidays, I can experience higher than normal volumes of orders and as a small business, it might not always be possible to guarantee the time-frames given. Please understand that delivery may take longer if this occurs for me and for my courier service but I will give notice for certain holidays what date orders need to be placed to arrive on time for example for Christmas day. If your order is very important to arrive on time, please get in touch before hand and let me know when you need your order done by. I can then confirm if the time frame given will allow me to create your order and have it shipped on time for you.
