All products are made in my artisan studio and from sterling silver or solid 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold. Any product stated as plated is made from solid sterling silver with 18ct rose gold or 18ct yellow gold plated. All natural gemstones and diamonds are genuine and ethically sourced from local providers. 

I would love for you to feel satisfied with your purchase, if you are not happy, please contact me so we can work out a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a photo to discuss the issues. Items can't be refunded after 2 weeks. Unfortunately custom orders can't be refunded or earrings for hygienic reason.

RING SIZE: If you are not sure about your ring size you can visit your local jewelley store to find out (most accurate), or visit findmyringsize.com, you can also convert your ring size here. You are also welcome to email me if you are not sure.

Ring sizes are as follows in South Africa and UK sizing:

X-Small : I and J
Small: K, L and M

Medium: N, O and P
Large: Q, R and S
X-Large: T ,U and V

​Ring sizes can also be half, e.g. "L 1/2"

 

BRACELET SIZE:16cm, 17cm, 18cm or 19cm. If the product states that the chain is adjustable, then the size will be 16cm to 19cm.

NECKLACE SIZE:40cm, 42cm, 45cm, 48cm or 50cm. If you are not sure, use a string and see what length you are the happiest with.

BANGLE SIZE:Small (61mm), Medium (63mm), Large (65mm). If the bangle is open ended, then they are slightly adjustable.
